Challenge

Edmonton Auto Body Shop had zero email automation. Customers were calling constantly asking "where's my car?" and staff spent 2+ hours daily answering repetitive status questions. The shop needed an automated communication system to keep customers informed throughout the repair process without manual intervention.

Solution

I designed and implemented a 4-email automated customer journey using BeeFree for template design and HubSpot for workflow automation:

• Email 1: Welcome — Confirms estimate request received
• Email 2: Check-In — Notifies customer when vehicle is dropped off and work begins
